In-dock maritime IT services

Where normal business operations can be brought to a complete standstill by a single ransomware attack, it’s essential to be able to access high quality IT support regardless of whether you are at sea or on shore.
Remote support over satellite internet.
This service enables us to diagnose and fix a wide range of software and network faults while the client vessel is at sea. As well as remote PC support, it includes enterprise grade anti virus, network traffic analysis and comprehensive data backups. The benefit to vessel owners and crews is the ability to have the majority of IT issues fixed at sea
Crew training in IT fault finding and diagnostics. 
To complement our support services we also offer a 2 – 3 day training course in basic IT fault finding for technical crew members. Presented in our Grimsby facility or on your premises by arrangement, the course covers the operational principles of modern computer networks and the methods and tools by which fault conditions are identified and isolated.

Our experience in marine IT support has shown that commercial vessels often lack to access critical IT services. Typically this is due to insufficient technical skills within the crew or the lack of an IT partner company aligned to the needs of vessel and fleet operators

Dockside support. 
Where serious hardware faults arise or additional IT equipment is needed, we offer a dockside support service, available in Hull, Immingham, Grimsby and Lowestoft. Upon receiving your dock schedule we can arrange to meet your vessel with necessary parts and equipment.
